Sin embargo, Peugeot siempre sabe cómo encontrar ese punto de equilibrio adecuado para que sus ediciones limitadas se destaquen del resto sin necesidad de estridencias, como sucede con el Peugeot RCZ Black Asphalt.
El Salón de París pasado fue testigo del estreno protagonizado por esta extraordinaria coupé que, tal cual habrán deducido de su nombre, aparece vestida con un acabado negro que la hace tan provocativa como seria y elegante. Con la carga de superar el éxito de anteriores ediciones del Peugeot RCZ, esta versión intentará mantener vivo el entusiasmo del público.
A simple vista cuesta diferenciarle del Peugeot RCZ Black Yearling, pero con un poco más de atención saltan a la vista las diferencias de color (mucho más profundo y opaco) y el agregado de detalles metálicos cromados (ubicados en sectores clave como las llantas, la parrilla frontal y los marcos de las ventanillas), clásico complemento de los coches negros que no desentona en lo más mínimo.
En el equipamiento de serie se incluye un acabado interior específico de este modelo, tapizados de cuero negro y llantas de aleación ultraligera 19”, puntos algo menores pero interesantes al fin. Bajo el capó de esta máquina se esconde un motor de fabricación propia 1.6 litros THP de 200 CV, potente pero de equilibrado en cuanto a consumos y emisiones.
