Porsche 911 es un nombre muy representativo para la historia de la industria automotriz. Reconocido como uno de los modelos deportivos de mayor continuidad (su primera versión fue lanzada en 1964), año tras año se sucede la aparición de, no una, sino varias ediciones. Hoy les traemos la más nueva de todas ellas, el Porsche 911 Speedster 2011.

Este Porsche 911 Speedster es particularmente significativo, ya que su objetivo es rendir homenaje al famoso Porsche 356 Speedster, modelo con el que la marca se inició en la fabricación de automóviles. Entre las diferencias externas más importantes podemos citar el exclusivo acabado Pure Blue (reservado únicamente para el antes mencionado 356 Speedster) y un habitáculo interior a tono con la carrocería.

Yendo a cuestiones más técnicas, debemos comentar que la transmisión implementada es de siete cambios, con tracción trasera, sistema de frenado Ceramic Composite Brake, suspensión dinámica Active Suspension Management y llantas de aleación negras totalmente exclusivas para este modelo.

El motor implementado para movilizar a esta belleza es un 3.8 litros de 408 CV, que supera en 23 CV al también moderno Porsche 911 Carrera S. En alusión al modelo homenajeado, Porsche pondrá solamente 356 unidades de a la venta, a un precio que puede variar entre los 171.000 y los 201.000 euros, de acuerdo al país del comprador.
