Es verdad, Volkswagen ya ha dejado bien en claro que no conoceremos las formas definitivas del Volkswagen Eos 2011 hasta que no se lo presente en el próximo Salón del Automóvil de Los Ángeles, Estados Unidos. Sin embargo, mientras tanto podemos ir calmando la ansiedad con estas bellas imágenes y algún que otro detalle técnico.

De un rápido vistazo podemos observar que, claramente, la firma ha buscado darle un diseño más atrevido a este modelo, aunque no demasiado alejado de la sobriedad habitual en casi todos los coches Volkswagen. Igualmente no caben dudas de que estamos ante una versión claramente distinguible de su antecesora.

Tanto en el frente como en el interior es donde se registran los cambios más interesantes. La parte delantera ha sido adornada con nuevas ópticas y una parrilla algo más sólida, mientras que el habitáculo muestra modificaciones palpables en el volante, la consola y el navegador.

Finalmente, en lo que respecta a la motorización, aún no contamos con ninguna precisión oficial, pero los rumores indican que la gama se compondría de motores Turbo Diesel de 121 CV a 208 CV y cuatro cilindros, además de una versión 2.0 litros TDI de 138 CV. Lo que sí está confirmado es la presencia de la tecnología Start&Stop en todos los motores.
